While in Oregon recently, B. Hussein Obama illustrated naive absurdity when he said, “Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, these countries are tiny compared to the Soviet Union. They don’t pose a serious threat to us the way the Soviet Union posed a threat to us.” Remember, it was al-Qaida supported by small terrorist states, not Russia, that attacked US embassies, military compounds, the USS Cole and the World Trade Center. According to Obama, these are not serious threats.
Experts don’t share Obama’s view and for good reason. While “Neville” Obama announces his plan for “tough talk” he illustrates his elitist arrogance as our enemies prepare for battle. Lost on “Neville” Obama is Ayatollah Khomeini’s command for his followers “to perpetuate the revolution both at home and abroad.”
Amir Taheri has explained how since al Qaeda has focused most of its energies on fighting in Iraq the movement have all but disappeared from the Caucasus, Southeast Asia, Kashmir and the Arabian Peninsula.
